I have not noticed any improvement in my mild gastritis but I have only been taking the capsules for about 5 days.

Like the packaging. Seem to be exactly as described. Not much more you can ask for when buying items like this.

They seem to have helped improve my stomach and settled it down well.

I've had chronic gut problems for years and this has been absolutely brilliant. I felt a real difference within 2 days. I will buy this brand again as they follow GMP Standards in their manufacturing. It's only been a couple of weeks, but I've had no gut issues at all since I've been taking them. Fingers crossed it continues.Update: Dec 19. It did indeed continue from when I first bought them in July. It's Dec now and I'm still on the first packet. I took 1 at first, increasing to 2 and after a week or so, I felt so much better that I went to 1 then 1 every other day and then 1 every few days and I've been fine ever since.

Since March 2024, I’ve been using Saccharomyces Boulardii, enticed by its promises. However, after conducting two gut health tests, I’ve been disappointed to find no increase in the number of this beneficial colony in my gut. My overall gut flora remains almost identical to what it was before starting the supplement.While I appreciate the formulation and convenience, the lack of any noticeable improvement in my gut health has led me to question its effectiveness. I had high hopes for this product, but the results so far have left me feeling underwhelmed. It seems that, despite its high CFU count, Saccharomyces Boulardii hasn’t made the impact I was hoping for.
