I purchased this product because the metal paint stuff was peeling off of my clutch knob and cutting up my palms.Ive been using this cover for about a week, and my hands are cut free. It's also great for preventing burning your hands in a hot car. A great (and unexpected) thing about this cover is that it has the indicators for a 5 speed on the top, which I'm super happy about.Potential downside it that it kinda looks like my shifter is an adult toy. Good conversation starter though...

I purchased this product for my manual jeep renegade and its worked wondered. My shift knob is made of aluminum so when going into first, third, or fifth, your hand often slips off the knob. It is also chillingly cold in the winter. This really helped with grip and was an easy install. The cover happened to interfere with my reverse lockout mechanism but i just folded it over. This shouldn't be a problem for most since this system is only on manual renegade and dodge dart models. The only thing I dont like is the shift graphic on the top. Not only does it not match because I have a 6 speed, but it seems a litttle cliche. It is barely noticeable though so it doesn't bother me too much. Would buy again, a cheap upgrade that gives your car charisma. 9.5/10

This is one item I really didn't like much first off they call it purple but it's more of a bluish color. And it should come with a WARNING that it could prevent the gear shift from releasing. I found this out the hard way when I tried to park the car. The key would not release from the ignition. I had the hardest time figuring out what the trouble could be. I had to think what was new or different and the only thing was the new gear shift cover I put on. Once I removed it the key came right out. Just letting everyone know.

Cheap, fits on my 2017 Civic Si perfectly, and best of all....IT PREVENTS THE OEM SHIFT KNOB FROM BRANDING THE SHIFT PATTERN INTO YOUR PALM IN THE SUMMER.Seriously, some cars get ridiculously hot.This has saved me from some pain already.

I like this cover so much I bought two! my husband always complains that his shifter gets hot so I bought him this thinking it would act like one of those silicone pot holders. Summer hasn't come yet so I can't be sure that works for him, but my shift knob is metal so it is cold in the winter. this works well to keep my hands off the cold knob. I also like the grippy feel of it. my only complaint is that my shifter is large so it was a slight struggle to get it on in my car (original part, 2002 mini) it fits much better on my husbands car (2015 civic)

I drive a 2006 Saturn Ion. The metallic finish on the gearshift knob was starting to flake off and embed itself in my hand, and this cover was the perfect solution. It wasn't hard to put on, though it did take me a couple of tries to stretch the opening wide enough to go over the knob. Snug fit with no slipping, and even if it's not the most interesting or stylish cover on the market, it works well and is comfortable to use.

I wanted a red knob. Easy to put on, good grip. Make sure you don't a knob cover with a hole for button. I thought I would be able to use the button under cover. That's a big NO on that. I cut a hole in the cover. It worked, but a bad idea. It is slowly tearing more and soon will be unusable. So, I like the feal of cover. Good grip. It could have been cheaper. It's just a piece of rubber. I recommend this if your stick doesn't have button on knob.

My shifter knob gets super hot, so I thought this would be a nice option. I stretched it to put over the knob and it instantly split. I am still using it and it lets me touch my knob in the heat. I would suggest letting it sit in the hot car and install when warm?

This cover fit perfectly on my existing shift knob. It was easy to slip on (I turned it inside out part way to make it easier to slide onto the shifter knob). It’s comfy to the touch and helped in the winter against the cold shifter knob. I’d totally recommend!I would suggest to get it in black though as the other colours makes your shifter look like a female pleasure toy LOL

Keeps the shift knob from being too cold in winter and too hot in the summer since it is a chrome shift knob...great feel as well.
