FROGPac 540C Replacement Chlorine Cartridges for use with Pool FROG XL Pro Cycler - Prefilled for Easy & Convenient Pool Sanitizing & Water Care - 3 Pack

First let me start by saying I have ordered dozens of these only because I unfortunately don't have any other options. Every time, at least one, sometimes two come damaged. It's always the same problem, the pack separates at the plastic joint where the top handle assembly attaches to the rest of the pack. I always end up using duct tape to tape the two together. This last time all 3, yes all 3 were separated and were already taped together. Just not acceptable!

This cartridge is split, it leaked chlorine powder all over the box it was shipped in. When we opened the box it, it took over the air. It was horrendous and dangerous. These cartridges should be air tight to work in the Frog chlorinate system. I have purchased them for years and never had this happen before. I am not able to resolve the issue because contact cannot be made with the company.

I’ve had trouble with these as well. The price is great but they don’t last as long as the ones I get at my pool supply store. The canister separates at the neck and I have to duct tape it. I once found a large metal bolt inside the empty canister when I went to replace it. Makes me suspicious that the vendor is either removing some of the chlorine tabs or diluting them somehow before shipping.

I have been getting this brand for years for my pool from local pool place so I decided to try ordering online. I have used this product on high for a week and the level did not budge. After examining the product noticed that the top area was removed and resealed. Lesson learned...

The shipment got lost but the company promptly sent a replacement. For those of you who know what this is, there is no need to say anything other than it works@

Product is great, but the shipping took forever. Order said 10-14 days but it took twice that. Ended up ordering it somewhere else.

Works great At keeping the pool clear. Easy to install.

The product is great because it is so easy to use. Just cut off the top handle and place it into the clorinator. On hot summer days you go through a Pak every 10-14 days. It's a bit pricey, every Pak costs $50 on Amazon.
