Great Migrations Amazing Animal Journeys (National Geographic Kids Readers, Level 3): As Seen on the National Geographic Channel

Fast shipping and perfect condition. This book was a recommended read for 3rd grade but difficult to find at the library. The book covers the migration journey of zebras, red crabs, and walrus. Paperback book keeps children interested with lots of pictures and a few jokes.

What happened to the nice paper? The National Geographic Kids books are great for levels 1 and 2. But the pretty pictures and nice smooth paper that give these a magazine feel stop at this level. I was disappointed. Older kids still care about great pictures and smooth paper. This is especially true of children with communication disorders. I wish this was still more like the magazine.On the plus side, the writing is still good. The material is still interesting. The price is great. My students without sensory issues still like this book.

You will not be sorry for any purchase of Nat'l Geo books. They are easy to read and the way material is presented the Kids are able to retain a lot of what they read

This is a great book for teaching the way animals move or what they do in winter!

I thought that this book was ok but a lot of the information was extremely obvious and the Weird but Trues were not very weird.

You can't go wrong with National Geographic books for young minds. They're loaded with interesting facts and fun to read so kids don't realize they're learning as they go.

My grandson loved this book. He is a good reader and I encourage him to read non-fiction books also and he got a lot of them for Christmas.

Purchased 2 , Very less pages , my son finished them in an hour . Good and knowledgeable , lots of pictures...considering the price ...these should be available in sets at a reasonable price...
