The remote control only worked on one side of tv..!!!!

REALLY POOR PICTURE AND SOUND QUALITY.
The picture is very slow to refresh and is pixelated most of the time. l tried every adjustment. So bad, I just bought a different TV from Walmart and my wife said OH MY what an improvement . send it back.. I'd like to but I don't have the original boxes it came in. Maybe I can send it back in the box I have for the new TV I bought from Walmart.
