Ordered for my son's birthday there days before the party so I had to get express shipping (my fault for procrastinating) but it arrived right when it was supposed to the day before the party.The shops response to my order by email confirmation was very fast within minutes of ordering and then they confirmed the text I wanted on the sheet.Good packaging in double envelopes and detailed instructions for use.The color was vibrant and clear. Perfect size for 1/4 sheet cake. I just bought a plain premade cake from Wegmans the day of the party and placed the sheet right on top and within an hour it became part of the icing that was already on the cake.Very easy to cut, you could not tell that it was a sheet put on at all. I will definitely buy for my cakes in the future!

First of all, I must commend this seller for their great customer service. I ordered the topper and they sent a message in the Amazon message center to confirm the name that should be on it and I didn't know. So they sent it with only Happy Birthday. I was about to return it but they said they'd send a replacement and they did. It is very nice. Bright and glossy like I wanted it.

It was very easy to use. I would say when you put it in freezer for a few mins before you take it off the sheet make sure it's flat in the freezer. Also I would put the image down first and then the border. I did it the other way around and then had to add more frosting on border to fix where part of the image hit the border.

This made a very cute birthday cake for my nephew. The company inadvertently shipped the topper before asking me if I wanted it personalized, and they graciously shipped another one with the message on it immediately. I did find the instructions slightly confusing. The second paragraph makes it sound like there are two paper backings. After I read it several times, I understood it.

The colors are extremely vibrant and the print quality is amazing.I would have given it 5 stars if the print size was the same as displayed on the product image, which is what I was expecting. Same number of letters requested. The words get a little lost being so bunched up together.

First time ordering this annndddd it looked great! worked great! just follow the instructions given and easy peasy! Lol

Not sure if it was the sheet or the bakery, but I've seen better.

I was not able to use this. I went to use it the day after I got it and it was stuck to the paper even after being in the fridge and freezer. I had to throw it away.
