Extremely lightweight and flimsy. Missing pieces/screws, therefore, I could not complete assembly. I was not optimistic about this shoe rack and it’s functionality. Too expensive for this item however, even if it had cost $10.00, I would not have purchased this shoe rack knowing how cheaply made it is. Not a durable piece. Amazon customer service was great and addressed my issues regarding the missing pieces. CS immediately provided me with easy instructions and information on returning the item. I was issued a full refund upon returning the item.

There are no instructions for assembly. There is a picture of the assembled product. There are pictures of each piece of hardware. Several of the pieces of hardware are not labeled on the assembled product so there is no indication where they go or what they are for. I can follow directions easily but this is ridiculously messy. I highly recommend purchasing a better quality product made in the USA.

This product is perfect! Exactly what I’ve been looking for; something sturdy and stable And easy to assemble ! I’ve had others in the past that are weak and fall apart. Not this one. I put up once and it’s doing great !

Parts are garbage. Screws will not set correctly in plastic fitting. Plastic ends are not properly oriented in rods and can't be turned. The whole product is not sturdy. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody.
