CXRacing Oil Filter Sandwich Adapter For Honda Civic Turbo B16 B18

The threaded adapter provided is too long and bottoms out before the sandwich plate makes contact with the engine block. Even when it is torqued down there is a about an 1/8" gap between the block and plate.
