I used these inserts inside a swimsuit that had no support. The size of them fit perfectly inside of my suit and the support is the perfect amount.

Good insert. Didn’t provide a ton of push up to be honest, but more padding than a regular insert.

They simply do not stay inside a bra. I have constantly adjust them, pushing in. Not very convenient at work, especially with a turtleneck, have to go to a bathroom. When was busy and didn't do it, caught one close to collar bones, and another time on a stomach. Unlike gel inserts these are not cold in the morning when I put them in, light, soft and pleasant to touch. But they have to be stitched on a bra.

Really liked these, pretty lightweight and don’t hold water if you use for swim

Coverage was made possible when inserted inside bra. I received in a timely manner and would order again. Also not hot when wearing.
