We ordered one of these chairs and initially were a little concerned because the cushions were compressed but they soon recovered. This was due to them being tightly packed in the box. The seller was very helpful with resolving this and we bought another so now have two of these chairs in our small salon. Overall very pleased, for the money you won’t find better. You will require a set of Allen keys and adjustable spanner to assemble. They are very sturdy when assembled and think they will last a long time.
