Good, well-built, sturdy bit of kit. Recommended.
This review is for a SKEY digital tyre pump, 12 volt, 120 watt, 150 PSI.I've recently bought (and returned) a couple of cheaper tyre pumps, but decided to give this one a go after reading the generally very positive reviews. I'm happy with my purchase. It seems reasonably well-built with a nice positive action on the switches and buttons. The gauge has a good, clear, display that's a lot better than the ones on pumps that I've tried previously. The displayed pressure appears accurate - it reads exactly the same as two other gauges that I regularly use. The noise generated by the pump is about the same as others that I've used.I only have one minor criticism. Typically, these 12 volt tyre pumps use a very small motor that's worked fairly hard in order to provide the desired inflation rate and pressure. This one is no exception. The result is that the operating duty-cycle is affected because, in normal use, the motor quickly overheats. The instruction sheet states that the pump can only be used for 8 minutes before having to be allowed time to cool down. When topping up four normal car tyres this shouldn't be a problem, but it is a measure of how the manufacturer is using the smallest possible motor in order to cut costs.

Good accurate compressor!
Great little compressor. Needed to be able to take my caravan tyre pressure up to 61psi. My SUV compressor could not manage but this did the job well. Nice and easy to set the desired pressure on the clear digital screen, press go and walk away. It automatically shuts off at the desired pressure. I like the extra 0.5psi it puts in to compensate for any pressure loss when disconnecting the easy connect valve connector. After inflating caravan, mine and my wife's car tyres to their stated pressures I measured all with a digital pressure gauge and they were all spot on! Good little buy at a good price. Replaced my (expensive) factory one that came with my car with this add it's quicker and more accurate!

Very well thought out and accurate wee thing!
What can I say, this thing is great! It's been very well thought out, the light is positioned exactly where it should be to be of any use whilst using the air pump. It lights up the area and the tyre when you have the compressor lying on it's back running, so many of these things will have a light but it's in the wrong place to be of any use! It's very accurate in measuring the pressure in the tyre and it inflates the tyre quickly and relatively quietly when compared to other air pumps. The LCD screen is clear and precise and the ability to change the desired pressure whilst in use is very handy! All in all this is a good solid and well designed piece of kit to have in your boot for those just in case moments!

Useful portable tyre air pump inflator with powerful led lights
This car air pump or tyre inflator is very versatile. It is robust, and of solid build, and is a life saver for when you need to have your tyres topped up just before a long trip! There has actually been a few times when our tyre was leaking, so we kept topping it up until we had time to go to the garage. In addition one time we had a flat tyre, and it was very convenient that we could pump it up straight away in the car as we didn't have to risk going to the garage on a flat tyre nor have to call any company to tow our car away to fix it.The cable is 3 metres long so that is plenty, and the digital screen helps to see just how much pressure is in the tyres. The power is 120 watts, and the max pressure is 150psi, making this a very flexible portable tyre inflator and powerful enough for almost any vehicle's tyres. The led is definitely a plus as many others don't have this, and it can be extremely useful in the dark at night. We have even saved a few of our friend's car in the past by having a portable tyre inflator in the past! This is why we purchased additional ones, so our whole family can have one each eventually.Would recommend highly to anyone who needs to be on the safe side and would suggest every car needs something like this in their boot. Great value for money

Very simple and convenient to use.
I had the misfortune of getting two slow punctures in a month. This tyre infator was reasonably priced and made short work of the issue until I could get to my local tyre dealer after work for a repair. There is a reassuring weight to the device without it being excessive. The build quality feels solid and the interface is excellent. The screen is easy to read and makes switching netween psi or Kpa for air pressure a simpel matter. Set the air pressure, attach the pipe, turn on and in a few short minutes the wheel is inflated to the perfect pressure.I recommend.

Pressure gauge is wrong but pumps up ok
Good little pump that quickly topped up the air in the tyres of both cars.Easy to use, just set the pressure you want, connect then turn on. When it reaches it pressure it then automatically switches off. However, the pressure gauge is off by 1.5 - 2 PSI.I set the pump to 37 which is what I always used in the forecourt pumps. But the car tyre pressure monitors are all now reporting 38.5 or 39 PSI. When I use the forecourt pumps they always show the exact pressure on the pump. Now I’m aware I can adjust how I use it but just be aware on 1st usage to double check pressures after use.
