Been taking for a week. My bp while on amlodipine has been 140 over 90 to 135 over 85. While drinking one glass each morning my BP has been 120 over 80 to 127 over 76. Amazing!!! I love my veggies but I'm busy most of the time so I tend to eat on the go a lot and don't always make the healthiest choices. I like this greens supplement above all others I've tried (except for one which is no longer made) because it has a light flavor (sometimes I wish the flavor was stronger actually), more vitamins and minerals than all other brands on store shelves, and mixes pretty well. It's not a perfect mix as it does leave some residue on your beverage container of choice and some of it doesn't seem to mix into water at all. I don't like it in milk unless I add Ovaltine or Carnation Breakfast Essentials with it. It's also not super expensive which is helpful for me on a serious budget. I usually buy a container about every 2-3 months depending upon how often I decide to use it. It's a great way for me to get myself the nutrients my body needs and drinking more water. I like to mix it also with humann SuperBeets.

I know it's good for me but the taste is terrible. I used to use this product for years and it was fine, but this was so gross I threw it away.

I’m not a picky person , I eat beta, greens , all veggies , legumes …but I can’t get past this taste. It’s like bitter tea with dirt and sweetener. I bought it for my kids but zero chance they will get this down. It literally makes me gag. Disappointing because I can’t return.

Liked the strawberry flavor and it mixed easily with milk or water. No grassy taste. Naturopath recommended to get extra veggie benefit. Little too expensive to do routinely. Also some graininess that did not dissolve. Would buy again if lower price.

I have been using this product now for almost 12 years Still many people complain about the cost of the products but I look at it as if I'm using the products and taking care of myself I'm not spending the money on copays doctor visit the and pharmaceuticals I recently had an outpatient surgery and the doctor and surgical staff were amazed that I am 50 and I'm taking no prescription medications I credit a lot of this to products made by Biopharmaceutical.

Expensive but recommended by my Acupuncturist.I make with a banana and powdered raw chocolate

I drink this every day. I absolutely love it. Can’t ever let myself run out!
