Very nice look and sound
I bought this as a gift and I'm very excited to give it. The presentation is beautiful, with the pillow and case having matching fabric. I tried it out and it is a great size to hold in your palm and the sound is very nice, very clear, and easy to play. The bowl itself is also very pretty. Nice craftsmanship. I may buy another to have on hand for gift giving, and perhaps one for myself as well!

Nice, and easy to learn to use
The media could not be loaded. This is a very nice bowl. I have never used one before this and it took a few tries to get it to sing. At first I couldn’t get it to sing with the leather wrapped part of the mallet so I used the wooden end. This video was one of my first attempts and is “clumsy “ but it did sing and has a nice, deep sound. After more practice I can make it sing with the leather part of the mallet and without tapping it first. There are several good videos on YouTube to teach how to use them. The one thing that bothered me was the packaging from Amazon. They just wrapped it in one layer of bubble wrap and stuck it in an envelope. I’m shocked it wasn’t damaged. They really should start shipping this in a box for more protection

Its a beautiful piece, but
The bowl is really beautiful, the case is great however, the bowl does not sign. I believe its because of all the ornaments. I want the bowl for meditation, not for display .

Great value
This is a beautiful singing bowl and box set. It has a beautiful sound and can be built up to a loud ringing. The mallet has a wood and felt end, and each of them brings out a different frequency. The felt end makes the lower frequency ring more, and the wood makes the higher frequency stand out more. A beautiful and mesmerizing instrument! Highly recommend
