I like this because it doesn’t contain any synthetic binders or fillers which is always a preference of mine when buying supplements. This brand is a bit more expensive than other Niacin brands I’ve used in the past but you pay for what you get and I like supplements made in the U.K. which don’t contain any nasty ingredients. I’ve taken Niacin for years and this is the brand I trust the most. Would love to see more of their products for sale on Amazon!The only thing I would like to see with this is the strength brought up to 500mg per capsule instead of 490mg but otherwise a great supplement and does what I need it to do.

Suffered bad sciatica down leg, fed up with pain killers so decided to try this. After a month my sciatica is minimal and it’s given me the energy to be more mobile. Take EVERY day with food and water. Avoid caffeine drink half hour either side of taking them as it reduces the digestion of vitamin

If you have an under active thyroid , you should take this along with your diagnosed thyroid medication amount. It helps your body to process the thyroxine better. NB do not take unless you have diagnosed thyroid problem

I've started to look for all my supplements from this brand due to there being no fillers, gmo, gluten etc.Niacin is my go-to supplement; great for so many conditions and as a companion nutrient.

I have used it and cannot say I noticed any changes or benefits. Wont buy it again.
