I was hoping it was the very first biotene theymade to make teeth strong and help with plax and gingivitis

Combats dry mouth. I alternate with a high fluoride rinse.
I highly recommend this product, especially post surgery, for those wearing dentures, for anyone with caries/cavities, and for those living in non-humid climates.
