Basically this product does not look like the picture at at all, it's not a curvy hip but it looks more like a peanut shape so your hips will look funny if you plan to wear leggings. I went ahead and remove the labels because in my case, it was a long loose dress so I was hopping the bulky top of the hip pad would do the trick, long story short the pad kept moving to the point I has hipless in one side and but in that same side I had a bigger butt-check, I know it sounds funny, me and my friends were actually laughing about it , but OMG that was Sooooo embarrassing and unnecessary, anyway I end up removing the panty , I can't believe i spend that much in this product. Sometimes I guess is just better to look natural even tho you feel less pretty.

Its well made and great everywhefe accet if you are short waisted the waist goest up to your rivs so being its high wasted its too tight giving you a roll on top of your waist .I am have 24” waist ans it was thight and i got mdium or large.If you are tall it maybe ok ?Still too thight around the waist.I cut the top of waist off so it fits comfy.

Very bulky and not attractive

This product runs a little small around the waste. I am normally a small medium and ordered a medium. Barely got them on with help.

It’s just an ok item not horrible but not great either doesn’t do much honestly
