Absolutely delicious food. Did not feel like a sacrifice at all!
Full of good advice and GREAT RECIPES that are going into permanent rotation at my house. I have served the quinoa salad with cuke, avocado, chick peas and pomegranate to vegans and carnivores and everyone loves it. My husband says the prep looks like too much work -- but whatever I'm willing to cook out of this book, he will happily eat.

I consider myself to be in pretty good shape and generally a healthy eater
I'm going to start off by saying that I have never been on a diet in my life. I consider myself to be in pretty good shape and generally a healthy eater. That being said, being a 26 year old active guy, I don't watch what I eat and I love meat, pasta, cheese, etc. However, I know Stephanie well and she said that I would enjoy the cleanse, feel better, have more energy, and it would even be "fun." What can I say...she was right! The cleanse allowed me to eat way more types of food than I expected when I signed up. More importantly, I started to form habits around healthier foods (kale, quinoa, and coconut). I learned that sweet potatoes which I always thought were an unhealthy addition to a meal are actually a Super Food. Clearly, this made me extremely happy and I now include sweet potatoes regularly in my diet. The book is a tremendous resource which allows me to look up specific foods to see if I should be eating them instead of calling Stephanie whenever I'm browsing around the grocery store (I'm sure she's even more thrilled about this than I am). This book is full of little tidbits that you can integrate into your life, and even with baby steps you're still improving your diet, your health, and your overall being. Enjoy!

FINALLY, A BOOK ON HOW TO DETOX YOUR BODY THE HEALTHY WAY!
If you are looking for a straightforward, no gimmicks, non-starvation, non-fad, HEALTHY cleanse, then this is the book for you. My pet peeve with cleanses has always been that they have nothing to do with your health and everything to do with short-term fixes to drop a few pounds for the sake of vanity. But, not this book! This book is all about detoxing your body to set you up for longer term health....and, it just so happens that looking great and shedding pounds is an added bonus! The author walks you through exactly what to do each step of the way, and explains to you why you are doing it (i.e., the benefits for your digestion, skin, hair, etc.). It is simple and concise, and includes delicious recipes to help you plan for and execute your cleanse. By the time you are done reading it you will be embracing the superfoods that make our bodies run their best and you won't be able to wait to start your cleanse. I cannot recommend this book enough!

The 7-Day Superfood Cleanse is Awesome!
Stephanie Pedersen is a renowned expert in the field of nutrition and superfood cleanse. She is also a wonderful mentor and coach and her nutritional programs are filled with support, guidance and enjoyment. I have done many cleanses with Stephanie and with each one I have lost weight, increased self image, incorporated new healthy ways of eating and learned techniques to improve my overall health. Stephanie's 7-Day Superfood Cleanse book is a wonderful resource for any one who is curious about food cleanses or who wants to lose weight and become healthier with a plan that is not difficult to follow and is not based on denying oneself of anything that tastes good. Stephanie's guidance on foods that are healthy and promote weight loss yet are tasty and satisfying is a life changing gift as it is sustainable, which makes it different from traditional dieting. This book is a wonderful contribution to the field of nutrition and health and I highly recommend it.

easy to follow book
As a client and colleague I have worked with Stephanie a number of times and am grateful that her 7 Day Cleanse is now available to all in a gorgeous, easy to follow book! With photos, recipes, and words of support she lays out a program that is effective, satisfying, and yes, even fun! This is no fad diet. There is no deprivation, or obligation to eat anything you don’t want to. Instead, Stephanie teaches you to use delicious superfoods to help cleanse the body and to develop lifelong habits that will assist you in achieving your health goals. There are plenty of nutritionists around, but I have yet to meet one with the depth of knowledge, experience, and compassion that Stephanie has. Whether you want to shed a few pounds, have more energy, see clearer skin, or just develop healthier habits, this is the book for you!
