One apricot jam to rule them all!
My search for the best apricot jam is over.... and it lasted many years! I have been tasting endless apricot jams over the years here in England - apricots are one of my favourite fruits but, we do not get good ones in the UK, sadly. Trying and failing over the years to compensate by looking for at least a good apricot jam, I purchased many of different brands. Then, I saw the Staub one and decided to try it despite a bit of a steep price.It is the best apricot jam I have ever eaten and reminded me of the delicious fruit I have eaten as a child abroad. The texture is also just right and it is not too sweet either - full marks all around. I wish I knew where the Austrians got such good fruit. I hope there is a price reduction on Amazon or some special offer for regular orders.
