*One* pair would yield 64GiB RAM. Two pairs would yield 128GiB. But remember that the RAM sticks must be matched. If you have unmatched sticks, you might get lucky if you configure the mboard for the slowest timings of the two sticks.

Q: Will this work for the 5900x i can’t find it on the qvl list and i’m hearing loading xmp profiles is crashing pcs i don’t want that to happen

Yes it ought too, works fine with my 3700X on my X570 board. It should be perfectly good with any generation of Ryzen CPUs. Be sure to update your bios firmware. Also make sure you set "infinity fabric" to 1800mhz, depending on your motherboard it may be called something else like FCLK, or MCLK. Do not use auto settings for that.
