Q: Will this item fit a mij or 62 vintage strat?

Yes however the screw holes may not all line up perfectly so you may have to add a screw hole or two.

The one I received was 1 volume 2 tone controls with a 5 way selector switch as you would find standard on Most Fender Strats.

Q: Will this fit a fender squire?

Yes. Screw holes may not all line up perfect but guitar can be easily modded to fix that . Simply add a screw hole if needed.
