Recommend beautiful and a great price
Love it was easy to put together with instructions the actual heating element comes separately and works very well we use just for the lighting affect but did turn it on to make sure and it really brought our dining room together recommend if this is something you are looking for

Horrible customer service, loud sound coming from Belleze fireplace heater
Bought this recently took awhile to put together and had to wait for both units to come separately. When the TV stand arrived the box was beat up and there was damage to it but thankfully it's in the back so you can't see it. The heater makes noise constantly a loud humming sound even when its on just the fire display. Emailed them and didn't hear back for four days so decided to call and tell them about this sound and they said it was normal and they never heard of anyone saying the heater makes noise even when it is just on the fire display and had me email the manufacturer which I did today so they can explain to me the fan system. I want to return it if this is normal as I don't want a constant loud sound coming from it but the customer service is horrible. I would never recommend this to anyone.

I didn’t follow anyone’s review. I got it anyway
I was skeptical about it. Don’t freak out if your package arrives without a fireplace it arrives the next day or so. My husband put it together he had to make some hole inserts that were missing on the wood but no biggie! I love it in our living room. Love the rustic theme of the stand. Not bad for the price. It’s not heavy and not to cheaply made or to sturdy. Definitely worth it’s price in my opinion.

This TV Stand is Fire!
Really love this TV stand! The style is just so cute. A really great size for the price! Both the stand and heater arrived the same day. It is quite heavy, I hope the delivery guy had help! The box was damaged, the stand was damaged as well. Luckily, it was an easy fix. The heater sits in the stand perfectly, and heats well. The flame look is stunning. The only cons: it is a BUGGER to put together. Some of the instructions could be more detailed. Also, the little remote needs to be in pretty close proximity to function. Like, couch-from-tv distance is too far. You have to really point/aim, or stand up and move closer.All in all, I would order it all over again! The price was fantastic, the product well worth it.

Cheap
Many boards are chipped. The bottom base piece has a split and is chipped(see photo)This is a Christmas present for our mom and I’m very disappointed in the conditions of the many different pieces.

It is a classic TV stand!
I bought this product for my office. It was delivered in good shape, no noticeable chips or dings, assembled easily and looks good in my office. My handy man spent around a bit more than 1 hour to build the whole stand. The electronic heat is help heat up my office, and I won’t have to worry about making and tending a fire or cleaning ashes now and then. I and my coworkers are environmentally conscious, we just won ourselves the best piece of furniture for our office. I believe the frame is made by laminate. As you could see on those pictures I took, it entire stand looks classic, wooden. It is very durable, too. It is water proof and easy to clean as well. I have been looking over amazon for awhile to choose this TV stand, and it does match our office décor. I and my coworkers are loving it.

Insert not worth it
The fireplace insert has an annoying tick and the heater when running is loud and sounds like it struggles to run.

Beautiful product. Great customer service
I am very happy with this purchase . My daughter and I put together the entertainment center with the electric fireplace insert. We only had one problem when we were half finished. One of the parts was mislabeled. We were a bit upset as this put our project on hold for four or five days until the proper side piece was shipped. I gave a five star review due to the fact their customer service is great. The rep I spoke to was friendly and took care of the problem with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend . It was very reasonably priced, is sturdy and attractive. Also easy to assemble.
