The rings, straps, and buckle are all sturdy and do their job well. The grips are junk and came off the first day. If the grips had a better way of staying on or were attached before purchase, that would be best.

We bought these to hang in our basement for our kids to play with. They love them! We've had them for a couple of months and they play with them almost daily. They are very sturdy and look like they will hold up well. The straps are strong and easy to adjust.

The actual strap locks didn’t support my body weight (185lbs) and I had to tie the straps up rather than using the clamp system. Other than that the rings are of good quality however they will be rough on your hands at first unless you have calluses.

Great addition to a home gym. Hang from a tree and start working out. Durable and can hold my body weight at 215 lbs

I really like this equipment, it's really durable and great for working the back out. Also is great for the chest area. No complaints from me.

It took them a while for them to get here but I will update as I use them. But out of the box they look strong and sturdy
