Oh my gosh. It took me so long to find the type of carrier I wanted for my green cheek conure that I was driving myself, razy but it was worth it. This backpack fits everything I was looking for and the food water carrier just put it over the top! Great price. Owner answers questions right away. Love the look. My bird went in rt awsy on rhe first try. This is the only one I've seen w that type of perch which alone makes the price so worth it. I get so many looks and compliments and ppl getting surprised when they realize there's a real bird in there. 😅 everyone asks to take a picture of her in the bag. Can you say paparazzi?! LOL. But seriously I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this bag. Easy to cean, easy to wear front or back way. Having the food water holder is clutch. And you can put it in using tge secret door zipper. I use it and just stay put somewhere while she's eating so I don't spill everything. You can thread a toy using one of the holes and attaching it over the nut part of the screw of the perch. The extra lock strap across is a great addition so you know she won't fall off of you. OR you can use it when bucklingyour bird into the car. You can even sort of stivk your finger in to pet your bird when they want to be pet. It's soooo lightweight easy to clean and grab and go. I know the black mat doesn't like lock in, but once you put it in flat and start zippering up the backpack you will see it stays put. I didn't believe it either. This is very nice for walks outside when the weather permits. You do need to be careful when it’s hot though. I bought the fan attachment for extra ventilation. It’s perfect for vet trips! So much easier then dragging a travel cage!

The product is pretty good.I will say one thing.When it came in the mail it had such a strong chemical smell inside I actually aired it out for a couple weeks before placing my bird in it.The bottom of the bag I created a new pad because the one that comes with it moves and gets really messy fast if the bird has an accident and you don't notice it. I would buy again tho

The protective plastic film over the bubble was stuck all around the front underneath the edges and under the front vents. It took about twenty minutes to tear it all away and there are still bits of plastic wrap around the edges. The mat for the bottom is a couple inches too big and won't fit. It'll work fine, but it's not worth the price.

I have been working with my bird for a few weeks now on sitting and riding around in her backpack. After week three she doesn't protest me too much. She loves to see the world and get tons of compliments as she looks and learns. The perch is and backpack overall are very sturdy. There is a little buckle in front for your chest. I never even know it's there. The holes are impossible for her to get through. She will occasionally wonder over to the mesh and look through it but she doesn't show much interest in escaping. At first the plastic confused her but I put a small sticker in the corner and now she can clearly see the difference of glass and no glass. It's very easy to clean I just clean the little bottom piece ( yes it comes out) with some dawn. Overall love it worth the money

You get your money’s worth from the size and convenience this backpack gives. My bird and I love it very much especially since we go out frequently for food, traveling, etc. She has separation anxiety so the bubble helps her stay close to me.** Mat and tray that’s provided with the pack is slightly large but keeps the fabric from collapsing on itself especially when buckling it in the car.**There was a film covering the plastic bubble when it came in which left remnants near the edges but a quick wash and scrub got rid of it

I end up returning this item made from China is by far the worst I have ever bought from that country. When it arrived and it smell like cheap plastic and paint, there’s no way I was gonna use it so end up returning it

I used this product for my 2 cockatiels, they absolutely loved it, super safe for them, very lightweight, great size for them, easy to zip up & down, this was definitely a good price
