moment my PT handed me this, I decided to buy it
Been a gamer all my life, wrist pain started once I hit 30.Main recommendation I've always gotten has been the little grip trainers, but they never helped me much. The hammer rotation helped a bit, but didn't quite solve things.Got this guy a few weeks ago, went to do my stretches/workout this morning and one of my main problem tendons was completely pain free, and my wrist joint was the least pain I've had in it for years.Routine I got from PT is arms out front, then bend bar down one hand at a time underneat the other. Then palms up, same idea, bend over onto the other hand one at a time. Then stagger hands to twist it, one hand rotated as far "forward" as possible one as far "backwards" as possible, then twist the bar.

Bang for your buck
This is a great product to build your wrist and forearm muscles. It’s not as firm as the name brand, still not a major difference. Gets the job done.

Recommended by my Occupational Therapist
Works as expected and is exactly what my Occupational Therapist recommended. She also has the same one at her practice. Very durable and serves the purpose it is supposed to serve.

DMoose Flex Resistance Bar Review
Updated Review:I initially purchased the DMoose Flex Resistance Bars in the 10 lb (red) and 15 lb (green) options to help with grip strength and rehabilitation for tendonitis. At first, I was confused about the resistance levels, as they felt much lighter than expected. However, after researching and trying various exercises like the Tyler Twist, I realized that the resistance is designed for controlled movements and progressive rehabilitation, not raw strength training. The bars are well-made, with a comfortable, non-slip grip and durable construction. Once I adjusted my expectations and focused on proper technique, I found them very effective for improving flexibility, reducing pain, and gradually building strength. These bars work best when used consistently and with the right form, especially for tendon or joint recovery. Therefore, i will be keeping this product. If you’re looking for a tool to assist with rehabilitation or light strengthening, these resistance bars are a great option. Just be sure to choose the resistance level that matches your current needs and consult with a physical therapist if necessary.Rating: 4/5++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++I purchased the DMoose Flex Resistance Bars in the 10 lb (red) and 15 lb (green) options for forearm and grip strength training, as well as rehabilitation for tendonitis. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the product. The biggest issue was the resistance. Both the 10 lb and 15 lb bars felt nowhere near their stated resistance levels—I’d estimate their actual resistance to be closer to 2-5 lbs, making them unsuitable for my needs. The discrepancy between the advertised resistance and actual performance is frustrating, especially when you’re relying on accurate specifications for rehabilitation and strengthening. While the material is indeed non-slip and odorless as described, this doesn’t make up for the lack of proper resistance. I was expecting a quality product that matched its description, but this did not deliver.I am considering to return both items and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for an effective resistance bar for physical therapy or strengthening purposes.Rating: 1/5 (1 for the good grip)

Great for strength building
I used these in Physical Therapy for hand and wrist. I bought these to continue to strengthen my wrist.

Just right for shoulder surgery
I had shoulder surgery and I bought the first on and it was so stiff I didn’t have the strength to bend it. This one was perfect.

Disappointed
I ordered this because of tendonitis in my right bicep. The ad says it comes with an exercise guide, there's even a photo of a booklet. The first one I got arrived in a smashed box, but the bars were okay. However, there was no guide. The amazon rep said they would replace them and a new box arrived today in good shape. However, there is still no guide. I tried checking their web page and it was not helpful. There were a few short videos but with little explanation of what the exercise was good for. I am extremely disappointed. An update... the seller saw my review and contacted me with the missing guide attached. Unfortunately, I had already returned the product to amazon. However it will be helpful for future sales if the guide is missing and kudos to DMoose. I removed the "extremely" from my headline and added another star.
