All of the tools that you need come nicely packaged with the kickbike
Hello Every One,The City G4 Kickbike scooter arrived as scheduled. There is some assembly required... with no instruction sheet included. I have never assembled a bike, so I mainly looked at the back wheel to see how it was attached and looked at some online instructions which were for a variety of kickbikes and managed to get it done in about an hour. I have not ridden it yet, so wish me luck that I did it right and everything stays assembled. All of the tools that you need come nicely packaged with the kickbike. It is quite a work of art to look at and quite springy when standing on it in the living room. It would be nice if the handle bars went up a wee bit higher for taller people, but perhaps they are designed to keep a lower center of gravity for better balance.Amazon, I have to thank you for keeping the shopping world at our finger tips, as I have wanted one of these things since I saw someone riding one around town many years ago. I kept checking every now and then and one day.... POOF... you had them! Here's to happy kicking and an improved fitness level.

Nice product, but not easy to assemble and not sure it really is adult size
this is a pretty good product, but definitely some cons.Pros:*Nice touches like reflectors front/ back and on the wheels, front basket, tire pump(although pretty useless)* While It’s not foldable, it has quick release tires, so it’s not too hard to remove the tires if you don’t have a lot of space. It fits fine in the back of my small SUV.* Good handlebar brakes*It seems to glide really wellCons:*Assembly is NOT easy. the video online was not for the current version of the City G4 and the manual was useless. It took me a few hours to figure it out. If you know bikes, it would be easy. After I got it assembled, the brakes were rubbing. I took it to a bike shop to have them aligned.* It says adult size, but the footboard is way too small. I wear a size 10 women's, and my feet barely fit. Switching feet is very difficult at this point, but maybe I’ll get used to it. The foot plate is anti skid which makes it very difficult to turn your feet to the side to switch feet. You definitely cannot fit both feet at once. If I can’t figure this out, I will have wasted $400.* No customer service. I think this company is going out of business. I tried calling the number on their website (It’s a personal number not a business line) and emailing them, but no response.

Excellent Footbike
UPDATE: The prices are all over the place, in case you haven't noticed. For the best deal and service, I suggest that you deal directly with Kickbike America. If they don't list one as available, then they don't have any in stock. You will either need to wait, or contact them to see when they will become available. Good heavens, for the price that some of these fly-by-nights want, you can order directly from Finland and get a better deal! The white City G4 is a tastefully aesthetic melding of form and function; a work of art worthy of hanging on the wall. The biggest drawback of this footbike is that I can't go anywhere without being stopped by a curious onlooker, wanting how they can get one!The packaging seems outstanding, protecting the contents well, but the front fender was bent slightly, as another reviewer encountered as well. I could not fully bend it back in shape, but it is hard to see the slight dent remaining since it is hidden by the basket. The assembly was no problem, but do check out kickbike[.]com, the Finnish site, to find more comprehensive instructions than those found on kickbikeamerica[,]com. There will be no instruction in the box. It amazes me that folks would complain, though, seeing that they are purchasing at a wholesale price--if you can't handle the assembly, then take it to a bike shop; they won't have any problem at all setting this up for you.I am pleased that Kickbike has reinforced the curved tube area under the footboard--the area most vulnerable to scrapes and "bruises." The curve is artsy, but probably unnecessary otherwise. I also love the look of the fork, spindly like the racing bikes of the 70's...back before the mountain bike craze. The tires are "city slick," which concerned me until I compared the tread to that of the Sport G4--not that much difference. This is a great product for a reasonable price. I only hope that adult footbiking and scootering expands in the US; it's a great way to get around in style while having a great time doing it!By the way, some questions have arisen about weight limit and such. The attached specification picture should help. I also included a picture of the Kickbike after modification!
