Used this rub for some beef short ribs in the photo. Nice flavour profile and gives a good bark on the meat.I’ve used the rub as well to season burgers to add a little extra.It is quite expensive for the size of the pot so value for money means I’ve had to drop it down a point.

Tried on brisket and ribs and the results are a little off the mark for me, too sweet for my taste - last attempt was better when using ACV spritz to calm it down. There are better to try so take your pick, it might be right up your Strasse.
