The old Kenmore took its finally seconds and died (it came with the house) I am a fan of Frigidaire so I went back to what I know is a solid product and good design. We went to DIY Home Stores and everything is on back order or you're paying for shipping. Amazon had the best price and Free shipping. There was still a wait but it was worth the wait! Exactly the dimensions we needed for the space and looks and works great. Our old microwave lights were dim and dull. This Frigidaire Gallery is sleek bright illumination for the stove and easy One Touch operation!

Our Kenmore microwave had control panel issues, and in order to have a replacement to fit the over the range space and fittings, I re-ordered one. After more than 6 months no delivery from Sears, I cancelled and looked on Amazon for the nearest equivalent in size and specifications. This had in fact probably higher specs, but the size was close enough. Unpacking revealed no damage or issues. I could us=e the same back splash and cupboard surround space. The bottom back support plate had to be the new one, and the upper support screw holes required new holes, but the vertical exhaust and electric cord placement was basically the same. All in all installation was easy and took only a couple of hours doing it all by myself.I seem to remember others saying that there was no rack with the microwave; there was one with mine.The lights are bright but not an issue, The 2 speed fans and 2 level lighting are excellent.All in all this is better than the old but similar Kenmore!

Solid features for a fair price. Matches my induction stove perfectly. However, the packaging sucks. Microwaves are a bit heavy and the weight is not balanced. The cheap Styrofoam packing barely holds the unit in the box meaning it will shift in transit and in this case the door was slightly damaged. Minor cosmetic didn't bother me much, so I installed it anyway. Found the door is a little finicky to close so it will seal properly. We all got the hang of it quickly so it works fine.Good features, quiet, super bright light really helps my old eyes while preparing meals but it's not something you'll want to light the kitchen at night due to the bright white.Knocked a star off for the crappy packaging but all things considered I'm happy with my purchase.

We got this microwave to replace a GE that shorted out. Luckily, this microwave was the same size and with the same mounting layout. The installation was fairly easy though the bracket for the exhaust vent was tough to get through the cut in the cabinet. It is such a tight space.The microwave is very easy to use. I love it and the exhaust fan is pretty powerful. Love the extra shelf too. Very handy

I would give a “0” as a review if I could give that rating. This microwave was sent as a replacement for the first microwave which had electrical issues and did not work. So we arrived home to find the replacement microwave thrown in the middle of our driveway, and could not get an installer until after the holidays. Upon installing the SECOND microwave, we discovered that the left upper side and the left corner which is visible from the front, is dented and damaged. We are totally disgusted at this point, and feel that after two installations Amazon should send a representative out with a new, undamaged microwave and also make arrangements for it’s installation. Who has the time or the energy to deal with such poor quality, poor delivery and poor service. Do not buy this product through Amazon. This has been such a bad experience I would never, ever consider buying an appliance through them again. Shop from your local dealer for your appliances if you want customer service and quality.

Purchased based on price, Amazon reviews (checked with Fakespot) and space available, since it’s a replacement (for a Samsung). Newer models often have greater capacity, tray size and power, which this one does too. But Importantly for us, this one was not much taller than our old Samsung, so it doesn’t extend below the bottom of our cabinets.; nor does it extend outward much further than our old one.Our son was in charge of the installation. While very capable and ultimately successful, it wasn’t all that easy. If you’re not both eager and patient, I recommend hiring someone for the installation.We’re very happy with it but I agree with a comment from one reviewer who noted, the clock light is too bright. Maybe it’s intended to serve as a nite-lite as well as a clock.

Just installed yesterday, but I can see we are going to like this! The LED lights are very nice and light the matching range. Clock was easiest I ever set on an appliance. The shipping box showed minor damage, and it wasn't until after it was installed I noticed a dent on one side. Fortunately it is on a side that isn't seen easily. I'll post if we have any issues, but right now we are very happy with it! I like the idea that it has a replaceable carbon air filter, wish it would have come with one, now I have to try and find one...

This is so much better than our previous microwave. Nice bright lighting, TouchPad is soft touch (previous one had to push really hard), love the 30 sec quick start, menu is simple to understand (previous one I nearly had to get the owners manual out just to figure out how to reset the clock!), display and menu are good size and easy to read. Unfortunately, there is a small dent on the bottom stainless steal trim and have contacted seller.
