I've added this to my sons room so he can charge his phone and it fits nicely behind the bed. I picked this one as the usb sockets were on the top as I needed furniture to be quite close.Having two USB's is also very handy.

I bought this to plug my alexa and my vanity mirror lights in to in my bedroom. It's in a plug socket under my vanity, and thank goodness it is, because it has two very bright lights on the front which would be quite intolerable in a bedroom if there wasn't a desk over the top and a chair in front of it! I lost the instruction booklet so I'm unclear what the lights actually do- one is a sort of ECG looking thing and the other is a power switch but pressing it/touching it doesn't seem to do anything. I'm really not sure they were necessary to the operation of the plug, but generally, really wouldn't recommend buying this if you want to put it somewhere you sleep unless it's going to be hidden like mine is.Also, when I unplug something from the front plug socket it pulls the whole thing out a fraction and I have to push it securely back. That's not ideal!Cheap and functional though, so it certainly does the job.
