It’s neat! I got it for my neice and I think she will love it. The cover of the book looks nothing like the image on Amazon but it works for what I wanted.

This looks like a really fun book for someone who already knows a little bit about drawing and is looking for a fun challenge.Each drawing has 6 different steps for how to get to the end result and it has a blank page where you can practice your drawing skills. there are also additional practice pages at the end of the book. With the kindle version, having practice pages doesn’t make a whole lot of sense but for a physical copy this is a very fun idea that I like a lot.The book doesn’t have a table of contents, which for me is a real bummer. I like to have a table of contents to help me find where the drawings are located in the book.The drawing, “Girl Smiling,” appears twice in the kindle version on location 9 and 14. I found that pretty confusing.The introduction at the beginning of the book states that this book is a companion book to another book that goes a little more into depth on how to draw anime. While this book is fun to use on its own, I feel like it would be more fun to use alongside the companion book.In all, this is a pretty fun book. It would be a great gift for someone who has moderate level drawings skills and wants to learn more about drawing in the anime style.

It's ok not what I thought

I purchased this product curious to see how I would be able to do because I am an artistically challenged person. To my great surprise he breaks the drawings down in a way that made it easy for me to follow. My 8 year old thought it was the coolest thing ever. He made it very simple with page by page outlines that become the desired picture in front of your eyes. My 13 year old is a big Manga fan so he especially enjoyed it. Lots of different images to draw so you will get alot of enjoyment out of this book. Absolutely loved it!

Ordered for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift, because she is excellent at drawing and she wants to be an artist someday. She says it has great instructions.

This book is an excellent choice for those who have an interest in learning how to draw different types of manga characters. Each character is broken down in 6 relatively easy to follow steps. This would be 5 stars, however; the book provides pages for readers to practice toward the end of the book rather than after each tutorial. Overall it's a good teaching book.

My daughter loves it

Got this for our 14 yr old and it has captivated her as well as our 16 yr old. They love to draw these popular characters. New cell phones were the favorite but a close second is this book! Nice to know you can still find a pleaser gift under $20 for teens!!

This is so unpog. I do not recommend buying this book it doesn’t show you proper steps to draw characters, I suggest looking at book shops or something along those lines. Don’t waste your money!

Amazing tips and tricks to learn from this book my brother is learning a lot from it

The book shows sloppy sketches and then asks you to repeat the drawing with no tips on angles, proportions, or any instructions at all. More than half the pages are blank and you’re expected to draw in it yourself so the kindle version is mostly blank content.Would not recommend, even for beginner artists.

In dem Buch wird so ziemlich gar nix erklärt. Die "Schritt für Schritt Anleitungen" sehen weder gut aus, noch lassen sie Rückschritte über den eigentlichen Aufbau zu. Also z.b. von der Kugel zur geteilten Mittellinie zur Position von Auge Nase Mund - Ja, das fehlt komplett. Die Bilder sehen eher so aus, als wären es nacheinander abgepauschte Outlines. Text oder Schematische Darstellungen (z.b. Proportionen) gibt es auch nicht.Nicht mal die 2,80€ für das kindle eBook wert, zum Glück konnte ich es zurückgeben. Da gibt es online kostenlos bessere Anleitungen.
