At the beginning was disappointed because it did not work on the outlet in my apartament in San Antonio TX but then I came to Mexico City and they work just fine, maybe the power outlet was designed for children for security reasons, but I could not connected there.Then I try it and works lovely, gets hot very fast and, I get my hair ready in just 10 min. Super acquisition.

Doesn't seem to work as good as my old one (doesn't get hot enough), but it's ok until I find a better one.

OMG I am very spectacle about buying stuff online, but this ceramic brush really WORKS. I have a curly pixie cut which makes any blow out impossible to look cute, but I can say this help me get the look I wanted. My hair come out straight but flowing with volume and no frizzy or static afterwards. Great brush for short hair cuts.

I have no clue if this works or not. It probably does.It is not what I expected, but I guess that is my fault for not reading the one line stating it must be used on dry hair.My complaint is that all of the directions inside the box are written in a foreign language, and I only read English. The bag inside the box that contains the curling wand states: "Do not open if you do not intend to keep this item." Those are the English words inside the box and of course, that side of the bag was facing the bottom of the box. I was looking for the recycling symbol when I saw the statement. I would hate to be someone who had no clue how to use the item.

I liked the size and it heated up nicely, but fell apart. Think I'll try something different next time.

Best curling brush I've ever owned. It has 2 settings which is perfect. 200 degrees is hot enough. My hair is fine w bangs so this is just the right size for thinner and or shorter hair too. Sent the $40 dollar brush that was too big and way too hot back to QVC.

It tangles your hair when rolling it on the brush. Brush is hard. The curl doesn't hold.

It is what I ordered, although I didn't like the pamphlet inside in Chinese wording.
