I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of workmanship and the ease of use. The only thing I wish it also did was allow for re-orienting the display to keep it up no matter which way I prefer to keep my hand. Others allow a button press to do that. But this is purely a convenience. I tested it against other meters and found it matched them. I especially like the Perfusion Index, a derived reading that reflects the relative accuracy to be expected from the chosen placement. That addition alone makes this better than most. The auto-on is also a nice feature, as is the 30 second analysis setting vs the continuous monitoring setting. This unit does more than many units used in clinics and it does them well.This is also, IMO, the best looking pulse oximeter on the market. I will recommend it to anyone who is looking and this seller as well. I wish they had more things I need right now.Thank you.

Well built. This is great for anyone who has asthma or to use during this COVID epidemic. Measures your oxygen levels and general heart rhythm as well as the beats per minute. At the end, it will tell you if your rhythm appears to be normal.Respiratory problems can creep up easily especially if you have had recent respiratory problems like an infection. It is helpful for asthmatics or those with bronchitis.The only beef I have is it won't work well if your finger is dirty or if you are twitching. Not exactly useful while walking. Sit down to use it.I got it for $20. Hard to beat the price. Easy to read face. Simple to use. This really is a necessity in the age of COVID.

I wouldn't call myself a "pulse oximeter" connoisseur, mostly because I dont think such a rank exists-- but this item delivers the quality you would expect of any other pulse oximeters at a much more affordable price range.Ive tested the readings against other competitors and Ive found the readings to be very consistent.The build material is not the greatest but if you are an ordinary person that isn't super athletic and leaving your belongings susceptible to shock and other damage, you shouldn't worry.I have not tested the water resistance level of this item so I am unable to provide you with any data regarding this but I would strongly suggest to not expose it to water.Overall, for its price, I think it is a very good item. You are able to select the option to alert you when your 02 is too low and when your heart rate is too high or low.This item performs the function it is supposed to and it does it very effectively and for a very economical price.

Bought this in Dec. 2022 has been a great comfort to me as I lost a lobe of lung to cancer and often run short of breath, this lets me know I'm not dying so relax! Only I've had is one time my hands were shaking and could not get a consistent reading, as soon as I calmed down all was good again. Very good product.
