G.s loves these puzzles
He loves putting puzzles together. These ate his go-to puzzles.I don't know the material, but it feels like a plastic trying to look woodshed. Anyways its perfect. Making the puzzle sturdy and easy to clean if he spills a drink. There is a matching oi ture in the frame to help price placement. The pieces are snug so removing or placing may take a little wiggle and push.

Great starter puzzles
I bought these puzzles for my 2 year old son. He loves them so much. We complete them together as it is a little complex for his age, but he is a fast learner. The ONLY thing I do not like is I wish the picture was painted or sealed onto the wooden puzzle so that he could match the puzzle up. Paper falls out and got ruined so now we look at the box to complete the puzzle.

Nice puzzles but not wooden
We were expecting chunkier, wooden puzzle pieces, but instead these are standard cardboard pieces. Also, the pieces were smaller than expected. But that said, our 3-year-old granddaughter loves them. The graphics on the puzzles are weird but colorful, which makes them oddly endearing. And the graphic is printed on the board to make putting the puzzle together a lot easier for kids. This purchase was one of those happy accidents: I wouldn’t have purchased these if I knew they were cardboard, but I’m glad we bought them. Lots of fun!

Great puzzles
Keeps my four year old granddaughter entertained for quite a while. She enjoys a great sense of accomplishment when she completes each puzzle. Very proud of herself

The good and the bad.
Pros: My kids really like these puzzles, and they are five and three. They like them because the colors are bright and fun, in the pictures are fun. I like them because they are wood, which makes them much more sturdy for a child like my 3-year-old who is very rough with everything. I also like that the picture background is removable so as the kids get more comfortable working on puzzles, so you can make it more challenging.Cons: The inside pieces only have two shapes. This means that they all fit interchangeably with each other and you can build the puzzle completely wrong, but the pieces fit (see pictures). Also, picture on the wood puzzle peels off very easily. Also, when you open the puzzle for the first time, and you're pulling the pieces apart for the first time, some of them splinter because they aren't cut all the way through. These puzzles are also very small, so that's something to keep in mind as well.Overall, for the price, I find that they are good puzzles, but if you have kids that are not very confident in their puzzle building skills, they are going to be able to build a picasso-esque creation and get all of the pieces together without making the picture, and without ruining it. I think this actually makes it too advanced for 2 and 3-year-olds, even though this page advertises it for 2 to 6-year-olds or so. Even my 5-year-old, if she gets distracted, puts pieces upside down and doesn't notice until she is looking at the puzzle and starts laughing because it's wrong. She then looks and me and says "But it fit, Mom!"This isn't to say that you shouldn't buy it, because there are valuable lessons to teach kids about puzzles like this, and how they need to be more focused so that they can get the puzzle put together properly, but I would not use these as beginner puzzles at all.

Great puzzles!
Got this for my 3 year old to further his puzzle and problem solving skills. He mastered his previous puzzles of matching shapes, matching colors, put the shapes in the right spot, etc. it’s nice because once you take the pieces off the board there is still a picture of where the pieces need to go.
