Excellent company to deal with plus can use this one direct onto your skin
Don't understand the one negative review, we have used these patches for a couple of years, both myself and the good lady and have placed them direct on the skin, with NO problems, as I type this review my Mrs is still wearing one from 12 midday today, some six hours later and it has really helped. It does say on the label 'do not apply direct to your skin', but like suntan lotion, each of us has different skin tone. It works for us and just thought it need balancing out.

These are not direct to skin, like the item title says. I was looking for direct to skin ones and thought Iād try these rather than my usual cura-heat ones - which are actually direct to skin.So misleading and disappointing.
