Q: How to use this for new tanks and how can it help in tank cycling?

It helps in the quick maturation of tank cycling. If you have another tank you can use that filter media for cycling the new tank. It will instantly cycle the new tank so if your friends or anyone has an aquarium request them for a filter sponge or a little bit of gravel which they are using else ask your nearby aquarium itself. If you don't have another option fill the tank with media (Don't introduce any fish) and water put fish food in it and after a day add this liquid, the dosage is written on its back. Wait for a week and check for nitrite nitrate with test kits.

Q: Can this be used with betta? Is it used after every water change?

Yes it could be used with Betta Fish Aquarium cycling. Use one cap full everytime you do 50% water change.

Q: Can it be use in tank where already fish r living?

It's preferable if you use this product before you add the fishes to your aquarium. But, you could use it with fishes as well.
