I bought this set to clean up a mess, and it has worked great! Our son spilled some glue on our varnished wood table, which fused and laminated some newspaper to the surface of the table. The paper was slightly raised from the rest of the table, so I wanted to scrape, but not with metal, to not gouge the varnish. These plastic blades were perfect! I was skeptical about plastic really working for scraping, but figured I'd risk the price. It has worked great! Durable blade, shallow enough to take off just what I want.

Good for removing alien tape. Does mar the paint. But the blade won't stay still.

I have mixed feelings on giving this item for stars. I will be completely honest. Out of the package it looks really good. It looks exactly as it should. Honestly, I have gotten more strength and stronger cutting abilities out of the plastic razors versus the actual metal razors.For brand new razors, they are incredibly flimsy and weak, in fact, one of them cracked in half completely on me when I was installing it. Which made me a little conscious to use the rest of them. The plastic ones have provided much better use.I personally tossed out the metal razors after the one razor broke on me, and after having to change them up way too frequently just to break down a pile of cardboard boxes. Using other metal razors, I've never had a problem like this before.The actual handles are sturdy, and I feel comfortable using them. The calfs that cover the razors in the smaller handle, they do not fit tightly and it is a two sided device. One for the metal razor, one for the plastic razor. So be extra cautious if you are noticing loose caps as well. The thing that I like is that I am able to use different razors For this item. All in all, it's not a bad item. It's just kind of a flimsy item from the handles to the razors themselves. As far as the cost goes, I have felt that it's a little costly compared to the overall quality. The quantity is there, it's just the quality that is missing .

Have not used yet, I hope it works to remove registration sticker. I just hate the place that sticker is on windshield. Impossible to remove cleanly with a tiny little scraper.
