This is probably number 20 remote that my dog crunches instantly.Everyone of them work good.

I have an older ROKU that we had lost the remote to. I tried the newer remote that we have but it didn't work with the older ROKU receiver.Ordered this and when I put the batteries in it it worked perfectly.

I ordered this remote to replace another generic replacement remote I had previously purchased for the Roku Express on my basement tv. That one was very sensitive to how you pointed it, and if you were not exactly holding it just right toward the receiver it just wouldn't work - - had to hold exactly level at the right height and angle - - very frustrating. After reading several positive reviews for this remote I decided to try it, and since it was so inexpensive, I figured "why not".It arrived in good order and after I placed fresh batteries in it the first thing I noticed was how easy it was to control the Roku now. No more holding the remote just so-so, though still a bit more sensitive than the original remote (which would actually work pointing at the other side of the room) this remote seems to work just fine. The buttons are set lower in the faceplate than the originals, but after a few times using it that is not a problem at all now. All the functions seem to work very well, and although the overall construction seems a bit cheaper (and much lighter) than an original Roku remote, we are talking about less than an eight-spot here, so it works now and that makes me a happy camper.

Never knew a remote control could die. My roku control abruptly stopped working. No amount of googling, YouTubing or praying could revive it. This remote looks exactly like the original; comes with batteries and works right out of the box with no problem.

This remote control is lighter weight than the original remote control that came with our Roku Express Plus device. The buttons have to be pressed repeatedly to get them to register. The plastic battery cover cracked almost all the way down it from top to bottom.

Purchased this because puppies ate my last one..this one is getting rough too, but it does work well with my Roku no issues.

I lost the original Roku remote for my Roku express and this replacement works perfectly! I didn’t even have to do anything as soon as I put batteries in it immediately worked with my Roku express. It does not control the volume which is a bummer but for the price I am not complaining at all. At least guests do not have to use their phone to control the Roku anymore.
