Easy to swallow, no after taste. Great product for the right price!

I was happily satisfied with this brand. Since I'm extremely low in the vitamin D department, I've tried several brands of softgels in every dosage and every one of them made me SICK (headache, abdominal pain, bloating, nausea, & vomiting) for days! Even the 50,000 IU prescription one that my Physician put me on did the same thing. So it's safe to say that the oil in the softgels do not agree with me ! The dosage couldbe low as 200 IU I would still get sick! Gummies are a hit or miss. So I found that tablets and capsules are my Vitamin D3 "buddies" & Lovita's brand win in the capsule category for being plant based and combining K2 with D3. I really like the fact that the dosage is low (400IU) not high at all especially when I'm taking a multivitamin too (without vitamin K). I usually take capsule in the afternoon/evening, it's mediumslim sized /easy to swallow and best of all, NO BAD SIDE EFFECTS 👍🏼
