U won't receive the same product as displayed. It's one fixed strap with 2 grips (not separate). One size,not adjustable and its only half the length of a real suspension trainer(trx). It seems solid tho,you can use the door hook but even that one is not as displayed. Basically you won't be able to use it for all exercises you wish,(especially not for core targeted) or use a full range of motion because it's too short. A little disappointed about that to be honest, but considering the price it seems to be a decent product/quality. Will still have to spend more now on a proper suspension trainer.

I thought thiss would be a TRX look alike & would be of sub standard quality since I'm paying almost half the price of an original TRX, but it works really well, is good quality & for that price, it's more than I could bargain for. Neat stuff...!!!
