The Arnica cream works better than the arnica gel. It gets rid of bruising faster.
I liked it better than the gel. It had a better smell and worked faster removing bruising on my face & arms. I fell and was badly bruised on my face and the gel was too harsh. I recommend thecream.

Never uses this before so I don't have a good comparison but the smell was nice and it applied well. Seemed to help severe black and blue
