Hard for me to say anything about the actual efficacy of the protein as far as building muscle.. i'm tall and have a naturally skinny build. I definitely notice muscle build to some extent, but hard to say it's any better or worse than any other protein. But I like the brand, and the ingredient mix so I wanted this protein but I also know I like reviews on flavor before I buy, so - hope this helps someone out..TLDR; "Chocolate Cake Batter" is your winner here.Vanilla Milkshake - the more I drink it the more I like it! Good frothy texture & great taste.Flavor: 8 of 10Mixability: 10 of 10, rarely have residue on the inside of my shaker cupCookies & Cream - meh, nothing special, not awful, but have def had better cookies & cream whey. Got this when it was on sale. I like the flavors BSN has to offer. It mixes well with water and no clumping. I don't get gas or an upset stomach from this brand either. The amount you get for the bigger container, on sale is worth it. This has been my go to brand on or off sale.
