Plenty of room for any size feet. Feel great!
Love them! I have neuropathy and my feet hurt and burn a lot. I wish I'd have gotten them sooner. I don't think they should be walked in, tho. I slip them off when I get up. I go sockless but I like the chill. You might want to wear socks. Female. Size 8 shoes.

These are great because if you have a foot injury you can leave one in the fridge/freezer and the other put8n he microwave and alternate the heat/cold method.
