Decent product for the price. Any after market charger is difficult to insert but not impossible. Fingerprint ID is dodgy. You have to rescan your prints after the case is on and it's still picky, but the case does provide a good amount of protection.

Not good water went in almost damage phone. need to return it for refund.

Ugh... this isn't that great. First of all you don't want this thing on all the time because typing texts through the screen is terrible. Just doesn't recognize the correct letters.So because you don't want to use it all the time, you need to take it off when you're not in water and I go to the creek every day with my dog. But taking it off and putting it on requires a whole bunch of screws.... so anyway... if you want to leave it on for a long period of time... and you don't want to text. Use this... if you want something you want to take off and on... this isn't it. Honestly going back to a ziplock bag.

Unless I flip the power cord port ope I cannot make calls due to feedback between the case & my phone. imagine yourself at a concert & the mike screeches except it is your phone & your clients are the ones that get the loud screech. Even with the port opened the calls are still really muffled.

This is a pretty cool case. It’s a much nicer alternative to the waterproof packs that you can use for your iPhone (which I have a few of) because this is an actual case, not just a dry pack. This is a great option for use outdoors to protect against dirt, etc. but most of all for water protection. Besides this case protecting a phone from the elements, it is also pretty sturdy and rugged so it has great shockproof protection. It is bulky and this is not an everyday case, it is really just for a specific purpose of protecting your phone when you are using it in a place where it may be exposed to a lot of dirt, dust, sand or water. The case comes with the kit to assemble the case onto your phone, including the screws and screwdriver. I, like other reviewers, also tested this out by placing a few tissues inside this case and placing it in water. I left it submerged in water for about 2 hours. When I removed the case and opened it, the tissues were dry, so I feel very comfortable using this for my phone when I am at the beach or at a pool or on a boat, etc. The border of the case has a nice textured grip so it doesn’t slip out of your hand. It also comes with the optional armband or lanyard. I don’t anticipate using these but they are handy to have. It also has a USB lock at the bottom of the case, so you do not have to remove your phone from this case to charge it (which would be really inconvenient since you have to assemble/screw this case onto your phone). To charge, you just have to open the lock and the port to charge will be accessible. When I placed my phone inside the case I was able to use the touchscreen just fine (the case has a touch sensitive transparent screen window) and access all of the buttons fine as well.
