Dear Admin, Please help me in figuring out that what is warranty of this product as one mouse has stopped working automatically and one is not functioning properly despite of changing batteries also. So kindly guide me in sorting this problem or method of replacement.

Pros:• Easy to use• Light weight• Quick set up• Automatically switches off on remaining inactive for some time.• Very cheap (costs almost half as compared to similar products) .• Perfect for normal activities. I use it mostly for coding and watching videos.• Gives a smooth experience when used with mouse pad.• Has an additional button for changing DPI.Cons :• Slightly bulky• Seems fragile. Try to prevent it from getting dropped as it may break.• Buttons seem to be delicate hence may not be suitable for gaming. It's perfect for other normal day to day work.• Consumes excessive battery. My newly bought battery got exhausted in less than 3 weeks.• Doesn't give good experience when used without mouse pad.• Wheel is not very smooth.

It is worth its price though. You can never find a quality product at cheap price. Secondly, there was no battery provided so be sure to buy one AA battery with it. Thirdly, it has a huge problem with connectivity. The very first time I connected it with my laptop it was not working. I had inserted the battery first then connected the receiver inside it. It did not work. I checked the devices in my laptop and it(the mouse) was showing there. I panicked honestly, since I thought I will have to return the product. Later, I tried detaching and attaching the battery and it worked. Hope, people who think this is not working find this info helpful. Also, I have seen people commenting on its auto off feature. So, I am detaching the battery whenever it is not in use beforehand.Lastly, if you can afford ₹800-1000, go for other wireless mice. I got this at a discounted price of ₹200. May be I have use and throw this in future.

The mouse is ergonomically designed to fit in hand and the movement on the surface is very smooth. The adjustable scrolling speed is as per the requirement and the click noise is not too much.

The media could not be loaded. The mouse not working properly it's has been 1 month old and stopped working. Connection set up working but the mouse is inoperative. Even after disconnected the cursor light keeps on for hours... Waste of money. Atleast Amazon should scrutinize authentic products and make this shopping platform available for genuine products.

It's a great and responsive product at its price range.....I have noticed that its power consumption is lower that even the best pricy brands like Logitech.....here is a small experience I would like to share.....I had a Duracell battery which came with my Logitech mouse that was purchased 2 years 7 months back....the battery drained after six months of use and I changed its battery....luckily the old drained battery was lying around my cabinet.....that was more than two years back....now I purchased the zebronics mouse a month back....as it didn't come with a battery I had to go to a local shop to buy one.....as it was afternoon, ik Kolkata near my house was closed...I had to test the mouse....somehow I found the old battery of the Logitech mouse...I thought of trying it to test my new mouse.....Walla it's worked.....I have been using the old battery since then and after more than one month usage, the battery finally died....it does proved its more energy efficient.....moreover my Logitech mouse(a pricy piece of junk) started showing problems with scrolling after one year usage....it's crap and due to lockdown I couldn't get it repaired....MY SUGGESTION TO EVERYONE .....DONT GO FOR THE PRICY JUNKS LIKE LOGITECH....INSTEAD GET THIS MOUSE....THE PRICE YOU WOULD BE GETTING A LOGITECH, ONE COULD BUY ATLEAST 6 ZEBRONICS.....my Logitech was rs 2100.....
