Good, but smells weird...
So far it heats up pretty good. I'm not too fond of the smell it gives when I first turn it on (smells like chemical fumes), but I'm hoping it will wear off and not give me cancer or anything! Other than that, It seems fine.

DO NOT BUY. Other than the fact it was broken upon arrival, I reviewed it awhile ago, a negative review, and for some reason it was taken down? Another interesting fact is nowhere does it have the LEGALLY required CSA symbol showing it was approved to be sold in the US?Anyways I won't get too in depth in case they want to delete it again. Honestly I have no idea why it would be taken down or not approved, was a pretty simple review explaining I received a faulty product that I tried to make do with but got worse after the exchange period ended.It's cheap for a reason. And probably smaller than you expect....

ALMOST STARTED ON FIRE!!!!
Bought this towel warmer 6 months ago and it’s already broken. It almost started on fire when I turned it on a few weeks ago. It made a strange noise and started smoking. Nothing was inside the towel warmer at the time. I immediately turned it off and unplugged it.Also, in the 6 months that I’ve been using the warmer, I feel that it made the towels too hot. It also emitted a strange odor when it was turned on. It smelled kinda fishy with an electrical smell, if that makes any sense. Weird.I would NOT buy this item again.

Terrible product. Don't bother buying this thing
This towel warmer started to rust inside after few days of use. Towels started to get rust spots. I have never seen this before. Terrible product.Don't bother buying this thing.
