I have a 12 year old Samsung front loading washer. This is the second time I’ve replaced this part. It’s the only problem I’ve ever had with the washer in the 12 years. I bought the first replacement part on Amazon and paid around $30 for it. I don’t remember the seller info. It lasted a good 4 or 5 years. When it needed replaced again, I came to Amazon. Most appliance repair/parts places wouldn’t sell the part I needed because the make their money on service calls. The ones who would sell the part had to order it and it was more expensive than Amazon plus would take longer to get. This item arrived a day sooner than expected. It went right into where the old one was and does the job it’s expected to do. Every other seller of this part (various brands) only had a 1 year guarantee and was $27-$30,but this one has a 2 year guarantee and after tax was only $18. Even if it only lasts a year it’s a better deal than any of the others. Like I said the last one was about $30 and lasted 4-5 years so I’m sure this one will last just as long. The only downside is that whatever it is about this part that goes out I wish could be fixed. It’s just mechanical wear and tear but since you have to take the entire washing machine apart to get to this inside it’s a huge pain. It’s not the fault of the part though. It’s just the design of the washer. There are lots of tutorials on YouTube to replace this part so it’s easy to DIY. That’s how I’ve done it and other than it just being a pain to get to then put back together, the part itself is pretty easy to replace.

This arrived in substandard packaging and the connector retainer tab was broken. It works and fixed my drain problem though, for a lot less money than from Samsung..

The first one lasted about 18 months. There is a 2 year warranty. Seller sent a replacement which only lasted 9-10 days before it also quit working. They so far they have refused to stand behind the replacement so unless you get a working replacement, their warranty is useless and there product seems of low quality if it cannot even last through the warranty period.

My Samsung washer quit draining. Checked YouTube- yup, looks like the pump. Pulled washer apart, tested pump- no bueno. Ordered this one for less than $20. Took about 30 minutes to re- assemble, took a day or so to arrive. Works great.I just shake my head when I hear how people have a repair tech tell them it is not worth fixing, or they pay WAAAAY too much on a repair. IF you can troubleshoot this item it really does not take long at all to replace.My washer and dryer are 13 years old- I have repaired them many times.....

It does have a 2 year warranty.

It didn't last more than 1 year and the blade broke. The motor still work but the blade doesn't spin.

I got an error message on my Samsung washer that it wasn't draining. Finally figured out the drain pump wasn't turning on. If that's your problem, this is your solution. If you have even a basic knowledge of how to unscrew screws, remove hose clamps, and plug/unplug electronic items, then you can replace this yourself. I am definitely a novice and it only took me about 6 hours while scrolling back and forth watching a YouTube video. Most of that was me trying to figure out how to get the pedestal off LOL. 6 hours of my weekend was so worth saving $200 for a service call. My Samsung washer works like a champ again.

he comprado dos articulos el segundo que compre solo duro funcionando 5 semanas y se arruino y no encuentro datos del fabricante para la garantia no lo recomiendo muy poca durabilidad
