Possibly a QC issue, but happy with second one.
First unit had a slow leak. As it was installed in an espresso machine on the kitchen counter, no good. Replacement unit is perfect and I'm happy not to have to keep filling the reservoir in the machine. (If you do this, don't forget to install a check valve in the supply line as a backflow protection. There is an air gap, but just to be sure.)

It works fine. No problems except it would be nice to have included a 90 degree elbow to allow for transverse installation (or at least have such elbows available as a separate item).
