Q: The number row is only working as function keys. How do I use the number row as the numbers they're supposed to be?

Press the FN and the left control key. You should see the keyboard flash twice. Then it will switch. Found this out by mistake myself. Sad its not a documented feature. In my testing, I found that there are two states: when the number row is the number row (where you can use the FN key for the function row) and when the number row is the function keys (and you can use the FN key for media controls) This is entirely not advertised at all and honestly a big positive for the product. Don't know why they never bothered telling anyone.

Q: What is brand of switches used?

So, from what I understand. LTC is working with the same people that Royal Kludge, & Red Dragon worth with in terms of materials, and sometimes switches. Though from what I know, LTC works with Gateron, & Huano. So you can end up with one or the other. Huano's switches aren't entirely different from Gateron's in terms of performance, they're almost equal. ______ Just keep this in mind. Huano Brown Smoother than Gateron Brown, but with a slightly more aggressive bump. Gateron Brown Buttery smooth, tactile bump is there but relaxed and not aggressive. Huano Red Nice actuation, though almost too sensitive at times. Gateron Red Smooth all the way through, kind of have more balance towards the bottom of the actuation. Huano Blue Super rough. Almost too clicky, and it's irritating. They're good if they're your only option though. Gateron Blue More similar to an MX Blue, but feel better and aren't as abrasive with the click.

Q: The software isn't downloading on my macbook, How do I change the rgb without software?

Hi there, You can press FN+ \ to change the rgb mode and FN+< to change rgb color. The software can only be use in Win system currently.
