Great for the money! Very thick not the thin yoga mat width I’d expect. Doubles as a cute puppy mat when you’re in the yard so they aren’t on the hot pavement!

If you have a large yard and keep losing them like I do, these are priced so you can buy quite a few.

Good item to use for posing during photography. I suppose you can also use them to sit on and "cushion" those hard seats at various places. They are pretty comfortable, though I thought they would be thicker. Still, they work and that's all that matters. I have used them a couple of times and had no complaints.

It will stain your clothes

The only negative is they are a bit too hard but they work. For kneeling on the floor for yoga to kneeling for gardening. I even took them to work to share for everyone who has to get on our knees (vet tech here).

These AebDerp 4 piece kneeling cushions were just what I was looking for! Prior to ordering them, I was using regular bed pillows with a towel underneath or a rug for cushioning my knees when praying, exercising or cleaning. OMG! My knees were getting so sore and rough looking. I ordered these because of the oh so cheap price and I am glad I did. You get 4,so even if I wear one out in a month I have 3 more and you just wipe them with a cloth for cleaning and they sure take the pressure off my knees.

Using these pads for my CPR classes so students dont have to put their knees directly onto the floor. These are the perfect classroom addition, and make my teaching experience better and more comfortable!
