Used for a witch Halloween display & it worked perfectly, exactly what l needed. The collar is a nice quality. I don’t think I’m ever going to actually wear it, but it didn’t seem stiff as other reviewers mentioned. The lace has a nice weight & is soft & floppy. I thought it might be too stiff… like tulle but that was not the case. Happy with my purchase!

The ribbon to tie it around the neck started to fray. I burned the ends to help prevent future fraying.

This made my day! Very nice quality for what I paid. Looks much more expensive than it was.I purchased the lace collar for our ride on the African Queen (the REAL one, now in Key Largo), sharing the same space occupied by Bogart and Hepburn. Thrilling. I had been looking so forward to the experience and was afraid I would be disappointed, as often happens when one's expectations are high. We had a wonderful day and all kinds of happy memories.Honestly, I would rather have had a real Victorian blouse, but that is in the $30-40 range at least. This overlay worked for my purposes. It was comfortable. There was some difficulty in the top of the collar folding over onto the black velvet choker (as opposed to standing up stiff), but it worked for me. Keep in mind that the shipping takes about a month. You have to wait for those great prices. You would think the shipping alone would cost the price of the lace overlay. Also, don’t punish the lace collar because I am overweight and don’t quite look like Katharine Hepburn! ☺ If someone is pleased enough to post their photo here in the hope of assisting someone else with their purchases, they obviously look better than they usually do. You have to compare the ‘before’ and ‘after’ for the average person, not the Kardashians. At least I’m wearing clothes.I am a picky person and do not write positive reviews unless I honestly feel that way, as I know how hard we all work for our money. This is a great product for the price. I was pleasantly surprised and it surpassed my expectations.

I like the soft lace, not scratchy. I would be better longer, my neck is 16 1/2 and it only covers the front of my neck I was hoping it would go all the way around. It is pretty just could be larger.

My daughter had to give an oral book report on madam Curie and dress up as her. I was about to purchase a long black dress and just add this. It was perfect. Even received an email from the teacher asking where I bought it.

Looks awesome! Beware of sizing though. I measured my neck before purchasing and it was still a bit tight.

It’s so beautiful but the fastener for the snap has prongs that are too short for how thick the layers of fabric are. They pulled out right away rendering the snap useless. Thinking it was a defect, I exchanged it for another one and as soon as I got it, I snapped and un-snapped it and the snap on that one pulled off immediately too. I’m going to try to fix it with a strong adhesive because it is a gorgeous piece but the snap shouldn’t break instantly by design.

Exactly as pictured, and the material is excellent quality.

Il colletto è bello, decorativo e alto abbastanza sa coprire scollature o maglie con girocollo basso. È di stile vittoriano e di effetto. I nastrini per legarlo, però, non sono di buona qualità, sono di tulle sottilissimo, si sciupato e si sfilacciano. Li sostituirò con altri di velluto o raso.

Veramente molto bello e di effetto. Io lo comprato per adattarlo ad un look per il carnevale però piu essere integrato anche su una semplice maglia o camicia.

Compré esta prenda junto con una falda de talle alto de la misma marca. La calidad de ambas superó mis expectativas.Se ata por detrás con una cinta negra transparente que se puede ocultar fácilmente bajo el pelo. El encaje es suave, no pincha y se adapta muy bien a la ropa que quieras ponerte por debajo. Si buscas un complemento para tu disfraz gótico/steampunk/pseudohistórico que no cueste mucho dinero pero quede bonito, vale la pena echarle un vistazo a esta prenda.PD: Le llamo "prenda" porque no sé el nombre exacto, y no me parece correcto llamarla "babero de encajes". Sea como sea, estoy contenta con mi compra.
