Yes. I have a push broom that the handle unscrews and I used it with the attachment.

Q: Have useful is this for cleaning the inside of car windshields?!

Probably too bulky to fit between the windshield and dash on most cars. Would work well on jeep or an old vehicle with more upright windshield. Works great on the outside though.

Q: what size is the best to buy for alround?

I find it useful to have 2 sizes: 14 inch for large windows and sliders and 6 inches for smaller windows.

Q: does this attach to extend-a-reach poles?

Yes it could as long as your pole is threaded
